Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects
or failure for a period of one year to three years depending on the manufacturer unless specified differently on the product description page.
Extended Warranty is offered on most of our products. Please check the product description page to see if Extended Warranty is available.
Warranty is void if serial tags, product stickers, or manufacturer
seals are removed. Warranty is void due to mishandling, improper use, abusing,
or defacing of the product.
Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted
warranty coverage. There is no charge for repairing products covered by warranty.
To arrange to have products repaired under warranty, you need to contact our Customer Service Department by phone at (800)939-9643 or you can submit a request through our "RMA Request Form" or "Contact Us" section of "Customer Service" menu.
